Q Flowers guarantees the quality of flowers used when either preparing flower orders for delivery or supplying direct from the florist shop.

Flower Policy

Should the flower (or flowers) ordered not be available due to reasons beyond Q Flowers control e.g., seasonal variety, grower unable to supply. another flower variety will be substituted at Q flowers discretion.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24hrs as we need to assess the condition of the flowers before deterioration takes place under changed temperature and environment conditions. Q Flowers will discuss the original details and if satisfied will be happy to replace the floral order. We know the flowers have left the shop in pristine condition and Q Flowers do not take responsibility for flowers placed in the sun, within the house. Any complaints should be directed to Q flowers by either email or telephone.

Delivery Policy

Q Flowers and its agent(s) will make every endeavour to satisfy your delivery requirements both locally, nationally and internationally. Q Flowers is a member of the Teleflora and Petals networks, which are relay services for florists. In the unfortunate situation of non-delivery of a floral order, please contact Q Flowers as soon as possible for us to commence tracking and investigating. Please note that liability cannot be accepted where incorrect delivery details have been given.

Q Flowers offers deliveries throughout the Gold Coast. Same-day service deliveries may not always be available and are dependent on delivery instructions and locality. Exact delivery times, especially to outer Gold Coast regions or rural addresses, cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Privacy

Q Flowers has a code of confidentiality and are bound by the Official Information Act and is legally unable to provide any information about a sender or sender’s despatch of anonymous floral orders to any third party.

Payment

Payment for flower supply or floral orders can be made by cash, EFT-POS, direct debit and credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express). Q Flowers do not accept personal cheques unless authorised by management. 

Customer Security

All credit card transactions are handled via a secure online payments gateway (DPS [direct payment solutions]). Credit card security is of the utmost importance to Q Flowers and policies and procedures are in place for secure online transactions. As credit card details are not retained by Q Flowers, they need to be re-entered for subsequent purchases. This policy ensures that personal information is completely secure at all times.  If you choose not to use your credit card online, please contact Q Flowers to arrange another form of payment. eg direct debit

Q Flowers is legally obliged to respect your privacy. Any information supplied will not, or may not be used other than as described below:-

If you have chosen to join the Q Flowers database, your email address may be used by this business, from time to time, to provide regular updates and news.

c. IP Addresses
Q Flowers  logs IP addresses (the location of your computer on the internet) for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. Your IP address is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

d. Security
Q Flowers has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control. All information is stored in a secure operating environment. The internet is a constantly-evolving environment and new content and functionality is continuously being added to the Q Flowers website. As such, reviews of privacy and security policies and procedures are conducted when changes are made to the website, when content is added and when new applications are implemented.

If Q Flowers decides to change the company’s privacy policy, these changes will be notified and posted on the business website to provide up-to-date information.
