Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know within 24hrs as we need to assess the condition of the flowers before deterioration takes place under changed temperature and environment conditions. Q flowers will discuss the original details and if satisfied will be happy to replace the floral order. We know the flowers have left the shop in pristine condition and Q Flowers do not take responsibility for flowers placed in the sun, within the house. Any complaints should be directed to Q flowers by either email or telephone.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address has been given due to customer error.

On the Gold Coast there are many gated and inaccessible homes and complexes. If you know you are sending a gift to one of these please provide us with the details. If there is no safe and secure place to leave the flowers and the courier needs to return flowers to the shop there will be a second delivery fee. We have a policy of informing you, our customer, by emailing or phoning of such problems.

As our customer please provide us with full and correct address details, senders and recipient phone numbers. Q Flowers accepts no responsibility for delays if you give us an address to be non-rural, when it is rural. An extra delivery fee will be charged after consulting you our customer. If you have any queries whether your delivery is rural, please either consult Google Maps or contact us and we can check our courier schedule.
